Interview
First round is a zoom with an analyst and a senior analyst - all behavioral questions. They were very friendly and ask about Excel experience, why CAP and then go through your resume. Second round is a super nice in New York that includes lunch and six 30 minute interviews with partners and principals .

Interview
Interviewers interviewed me for the wrong role (a mistake on their part), got upset when I pointed out that the role I applied for was much less senior & had very different qualifications. Told me that I should have “risen to the occasion” for their case study. A case study designed for a role 8+ years above my entry-level position. Interviewers became very rude. I can’t imagine that making anyone want to work there. Shows lack of accountability and organization.
