Case scenarios on patient care. Excellent set up and thorough. The panel was very organized and used an interview guide to guide the process. They ensured that I was comfortable and felt like we were having a conversation. The interview took place 4 weeks after my application.

Easy, short, went through brief training then met upper management. Hired on the spot started next day. Never checked references. Susie is amazing and kind and really benefits the company. I met office staff, but they never last long. Owner was not helpful in the hiring process and they acts like they don't want to be bothered.
