Easy, straightforward, and expected questions. It was an online meeting that took less than 15 minutes, and the hiring manager was looking for knowledge and personality (which makes sense for a barista, customer-facing role).
The interview process was quick and smooth. The manager called me 5 minutes early and asked me a lot of questions, but she was engaged. It was a breeze and I got an offer on call and started working the following week.
Met with two managers and was given the details about the job. It was relatively straightforward and easy. I was told at the end that my application would be pushed through.
Very welcoming and casual, heard there's a weird work environment. Lots of turnover, nice space to work at. Minimum wage. Kind manager I interviewed with. Cool location in Georgetown, lots of space and good coffee.
