Straight forward. They ask about in the field work. Personable. Felt comfortable and not awkward seeing it was on zoom. Overall would have been a cool company to work for. They have a “test” that they ask you to calculate manual GDS/TDS which is all computed anyway and I’ve never had to manually calculate before. Didn’t get the gig because I didn’t know “simple math” Jokes on them though because a math equation doesn’t determine my value or capabilities as an employee. Get with the times.

First got a phone screening interview. I did well so they called me. During the interview, they were friendly and got to learn a lot about the position. They were informative and at the same time, they also had good and challenging questions.
