I wore business casual dress attire and waited about 10 minutes before being directed into a conference type meeting room. I met with the two main directors for the Reno office (both males in their 30s) and was politely asked about my work history etc.. I was offered a job on the spot and accepted

Interview
In-person interview which may be done as a group (~30 minutes)
2. Fill out application on one of their iPads.
3.Listen to presentation- ask questions
4. If you are still interested they have you submit a background check. They can hire you once that comes back (3 days-2 weeks).
They are looking for you to be on-time, communicate clearly, be able to navigate the iPad at a basic level. If you interview in August it may be slower with more questions, whereas if you interview closer to the election it will be in a larger group and possibly no questions. Automatic outs for the background check: larceny, violence, charges related to children- as you will be knocking doors at homes in neighborhoods.
