You apply, they call you couple questions, prescreen questions, you get an interview, it’s two people who interview hr and someone else I forget, I got a call about 2 weeks later

It was pretty tough. They brought me to a conference room with a piece of paper on the table. I had 1 hour to answer very technical questions. Then I had a 1 hour interview with the clinical director and the Child and Family Services Director.
