You would do a case study beforehand. Then do an on-site presentation of the case study and answer a bunch of behavioural questions which are related to role. Then you would get a brief of the role and then you would look around the offices.

No offer because I am white! Interviewed by rude asian woman who wasnt interested in me as a person or my answers to her raft of questions.
The interview went exactly how the other reviewer described it, phone call then interview. At least 10 questions asked which weren't easy! I am more than qualified for this role but received no offer, after asking a family member who works at Gateway I was told no white person would be offered that position as they need to be seen to include more ethnic staff!
Disgusted. Won't be applying again!
