Community Counseling and Mediation interview questions

The interview process went very well. It was in-person and everything was communicated very clearly. I met with the COO (my direct supervisor) for the majority of the interview and then met with the CEO briefly. I was then given a writing assignment and was given a few days to complete it. I met with the COO and CEO again after I turned in the assignment where they reviewed it and offered me the job. Lastly, I met with HR to finalize the offer and process. I was very pleased with my overall interview experience here at CCM.
