There were 3 interviews. One was with HR and two were with panels. Pretty standard situational questions were asked. Overall, they want to know that you're passionate about the cause and have the correct experience.

When was a time you handled multiple projects at once?
2 rounds and each time a panel of a few people. At the beginning of the interview, they explained exactly what to expect during the interview and where the organization is at. Wait time between interviews was long but otherwise an easy and simple process
