I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Communitas (MA) (Wakefield, MA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Interview was directly with the family of the individual. They were wonderful and it provided an opportunity to really get to know both the family and the client. The formal interview with Communitas began months after I had started. The interview was not particularly difficult, but it was very disjointed and confusing getting a hold of anyone to ask questions.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Communitas (MA) (Burlington, MA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Interview process was in conference room. The RN (heal care coordinator) and Director of the branch sat down and asked questions. The nurse asked nurse related questions mostly basic safety concerns and if you are comfortable with handling seizures etc . One of the participants (disabled adult) from the program came in to interact and ask a few more questions during the interview so that management could see how you will potentially interact with the adults in the program.
