After a phone interview discussing experience, we met and went over the difference between a normal job paid hourly and rate/piece work. Discussed experience, company provided equipment, need to invest in personal tools. Had to wait months until ordered equipment was incoming, then rode with a tech to go over procedures and client expectations.
