Applied to the surgery unit. Hiring manager contacted me on a Tuesday, interviewed on Thursday, by Monday got an offer. Was interviewed over zoom by rn manager for the unit and another manager.

Interview
I had one interview that started with behavioral questions, then clinical/patient scenario questions, and finally, program details. The clinical/patient scenarios included prioritization and what you would expect patient care to look like.
