First they do a phone interview that took around 30-40 minutes and then was a group interview over Skype. They want to hear honest answers and life experiences to back up your answers.

Interview
The recruiter started by asking screening questions about working at Virginia Mason and then asked behavioral questions such as the "tell me about a time when..." style questions. The interview took about 20 minutes and was conducted on Brazen.
