I applied online. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health (Denver, CO) in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied via hospital website and had phone interview with hiring manager within 2 weeks. Interviewer was over 10 minutes late to call but apologized for inconvenience and offered another interview time. Discussed salary in the initial phone screen interview. Had interview on Friday, heard back early the next week saying that the position had been changed to a manager level position so I was no longer a candidate due to lack of experience.

What are three characteristics that make you the right Physical Therapist for this role?
Thank you for your review, I apologize for the length of time the process took, it appears that some delays may have been due to re-evaluating what was needed within the department. Please continue to apply to position at Centura Health.

I submitted my application and then they sent me a email two days later then in person interview two days later and candidate selection one week later via email with offer letter.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health (Lakewood, CO) in May 2025
Interview
Very extensive, hour long interview with stiff questions and then a low ball offer that's non-negotiable. The interview was really spent on assessing skills and quality of the way you practice but they pay specifically only on how long you have held your license, no incentive for experience or further education.

Question 1
Provided case scenario and wanted a detailed account of how I would address this specific patient in an eval and what I would do. Very variable given just a brief history of the patient.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health in Apr 2025
Interview
One of the more intense interviews as a PT, planned questions with case-situations. Started with 30 minutes from current therapists on the team and then 30 minutes with the manager and director. They were nice, but very strict to asking the questions on the sheet, taking notes on my answers and moving on to the next question. Minimal small talk, getting to know them/me.
