Question 1
Describe a time you made a mistake and how did you handle it.
Lengthy, interviewed with hiring manager, coworker, director, HR, all separately. They wanted someone in the role asap so it was sped along quickly and I had the unique qualifications for this role. I was offered the role but was then revoked and told they were seeking an American first (not American but I didn't require an H1b visa). Anyway almost all my nursing experience is in the US but I am a Canadian trained nurse. I will never apply to common spirit again given the blunt discrimination I received by HR and their lack of professionalism.
