Commerce interview questions

Gerald barely asked any questions and said the goal of the interview was only to explain the role to me and understand what I was looking for. He told me he would send me a follow-up email regardless of whether there would be another interview or not, but he never did. I then sent a follow-up email myself and never received any response. I find this disrespectful and unprofessional.

Started with an initial recruiter call and then interviewed with the hiring manager. Process was straightforward, communication was clear, and questions focused on past experience and problem solving. Follow up was slow and didn't give a reason as to why I was not moved forward in the process.
