Commerce Energy Group interview questions

I was called by a person in Canada who saw my resume on Monster.com and wanted me to come in for an interview. They explained that it was for a recruiting position in human resources, and gave me times to choose from to come in. Then I went and was interviewed by two people who were sort of taking turns and filling in the gaps with questions and explanations. Took about 30 mins. They were 10 mins late.

Received a text from a number saying they have been trying to reach me to schedule a job interview. Showed up early for interview and office was locked. Ten minutes later a guy comes and acts surprised I'm still there. He briefly looked over my resume, asked a few questions, then scheduled a second interview. In addition he said the "secretary" position paid ~$40k a year. Show up for second interview and there were four other people there. Well after my scheduled interview time, he calls me into a room with other interviewees waiting. Then we were called into another room, and received booklets about Commerce Energy. Then when they started asking to take our pictures, I asked him if this was door-to-door sales. He said yes, and I walked out.
