Short and unmeaningful they asked me if I had a CNA license and a carThen proceeded to go through the hiring process mostly without talking to meI wish they cared more about the caregivers themselves than just having a body in the home
It was a casual conversation with the owner of the company. They asked about your credentials and experiences. They explained how the schedules work and how they obtain clients.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Comfort Keepers (Racine, WI)
Interview
Easy. They very very desperate for help. Walked in and hardly has a real interview. The client to caregiver ratio is VERY off so they did not have enough staff for the amount of cases they have.
