Interview
The interview is divided in 5 steps. The first one is the screening process to get to know you understand your experience etc. Then you have a technical interview where you get asked some tech questions. Then you get a technical challenge to prove your skills. And then you get a cultural fit interview where they ask you tricky questions.

Interview
Primera entrevista todo bien, plática normal con el manager para conocerse.
La prueba técnica una pérdida de tiempo. Usan criterios de evaluación que no se mencionan en los requisitos ni en las intrucciones. Así hayas logrado lo que te pedían, si no lo haces como lo esperaban vas a estar mal, aún y cuando en ningún lado lo hacen claro, solo hasta que te envían la retro de la prueba.
Si la prueba hubiera tenido instrucciones y requirimientos claros no tendría mayor comentario. Así que pregunta que es lo que esperan.
