Interview
The interview was fairly simple. I received a call from the recruiter we talked about the opportunity. Questions were basically regarding prior work history and examples of prior situations. The interview was done online with the hiring manager and a rep from HR, initially and took approximately 45 minutes from beginning to end. I sent thank you letters to the recruiter for the individuals who interviewed me. It has now been about two weeks and I have not heard back from the recruiter or anyone from the Comcast team. Not good. I am their first customer to be impressed by how you handle the interview process shows me that this is how you handle your customers.
It was pleasant at first but once they learned i didnt speak english, even thought it wasnt required, they moved to try and disqualify me. Was not a nice experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to overcome an obstacle.
The interview process was very long from initial interview to onboarding. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, just very corporate and loots of hoops to get through. The people are nice and want to help as much as possible.
"Complete an online application, watch a video, and answer the related questions. Participate in two HR phone interviews, followed by video interviews with two managers and one with the director."
