Two phone interviews, very causal. Spoke with hiring manager, then one with the DM and the store manager. General interview questions, mainly focused on sales and management experience. Each call lasted about 45 minutes to an hour.

Typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
The process was a typical one where you have to wait long periods of time to get a response. They rearranged the interview multiple times. There were 3 zoom calls
Phone interview, then video, very straightforward. Questions about past experience, and scenarios.
Panel interview with managers lasted about 20-30 minutes. Ask plenty of questions. May have multiple managers in area.

How do you handle yourself in a fast paced environment?
Met with hiring manger and then Director. Pretty standard process before the offer was given. The interview was broken into 2 different days over 1 week. The offer came within a week after the last interview.
