Interview
I received a call from the hiring manager. They asked me questions about what my favorite tv show on cable happened to have been. We also discussed my thoughts about customer service, and they asked some my thoughts on various customer scenarios/interactions. An interview time was set up, and a few days later I met with the supervisor and the manager for the department, we went over a 4 interview questions and then I was called the next day with a job offer.

Interview
The interview was very smooth and structured well. They kept informed even leading up to the interview. I enjoyed speaking with recruiters. I would highly recommend their process for other businesses.

How would my experience make me a good fit for the role?
Online screening followed by phone interview. It was simple and pretty short timeline. Maybe a month from first interview to hire. Very little preparation required. I’m not sure about other departments.
Had 1 interview and by the end of it I got offered the position and started the next steps in the hiring process. The lady and I had a great conversation and she made me feel very comfortable, 10/10! Quick and easy!
