The hiring process is all internal. If you see a posting and are not directly work for Comcast or a Contractor you will not be given a fair seat at the table. The interview process is fairly drawn out mainly on the part of HR. They do not want to make a quick decision, and also allows them to reduce costs by not paying the salary. The interview questions are extremely easy as with any management position, they are related to employee engagement and customer service.

Three interviews. First with Manager, Second with other Supervisors, and third with manager, director, and HR. After the third interview I was offered a position 2 weeks later.
