You apply online. You then take an online assessment from a link the company sends you. If you pass, then you get a phone interview. If you pass the phone interview, you do a face to face interview.

I had one interview with the sales manager. It was pretty much a "normal interview' but he did want me to sell him a pen. Lucky for me I used to sell pens.

2 interviews both very in depth, questions role play and past experiences. If you have prior experience, it will not be a hassle. Very direct and formal, provides details regarding the position and what you will be doing in this role

The interview process felt rushed. I was invited to a first round interview via text communication. The first round interview was via phone. For a first round sales interview, the interviewer seemed disconnected.
