I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Naperville, IL) in Oct 2011
Interview
After a great telephone interview with their recruiter, I had one other with the sales planner before scheduling a group (2 ppl) interview. As I left the interview, I had the uncanny feeling that it wasn't my experience they were looking for but a friend for the S/P. After seeing the position posted twice since my face2face and no consideration from them to inform me that I will not be moving forward - it's not the class of people I want to be professionally associated with. Waste of time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There weren't any questions that were difficult as most of the questions were related to how I would describe having fun on the job.
Human Resources screened interview call, followed by interview with 2 Execs at the same time, then finally a small group (about 5 people total) of the key players on the team. During the small group interview each person took a turn asking a question. All of the interviews were about 30 min long each.

What would you do if you didn't know one of our processes?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Comcast
Interview
I initially got a phone interview and told me that they would notify me the next week. I followed up twice and the hiring rep was very much diligent about letting me know but not a word from the hiring managers on whether or not they were going to proceed with the next step. I feel they should be a little more diligent with their hiring process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Englewood, CO) in Apr 2017
Interview
Short phone interview, basic questions, on line application with drug test, 1 hour in person interview, basic "give me an example of" questions. Long times in between, several months before an offer.
