The initial phone screen went well, had an hour interview with the executive again a great experience. I was very impressed with him by the way he presented what he was looking for and asked about my experience. About 4 days later had 2 panel interviews with 6 in one and 3 in another. I knew those hadn’t gone as well and I wasn’t sure why. At no point did someone rephrase a question or ask me for an additional information. What made this such a bad experience with template email sent to me the following Monday. That showed me how much further they need to go in regards to build a good candidate experience.
