They have you take a psychological and intelligence test. Most people don't finish it. The interview is not that extensive yet the test is. Be careful of the background check they check credit criminal and verify education. If you have an issue on the background check so always say that you want a copy. If there is an issue they will NOT tell you so you can explain or counter it. They will just say they decided to move on even after giving you an offer letter.
