It was a fairly easy but thorough process, not too intimidating or difficult as well as creative questions to really get to know the candidate more. Super great energy all around as well

They asked what’s a skill set I would like to grow on
Easy, relatively simple. Communication was clear and straightforward. They were very accommodating for my interview times. I am still waiting to hear back. The interviewer was very nice and took their time with me.

Interview
Applied for a float teller position but decided I didn’t want to do float so the recruiter sent my resume to two branches closer to me. She was very helpful. Was called in for an interview at the Bonney Lake branch and it was very laid back. You can tell that they are great people just by talking with them for a few minutes. The branch manager is very nice and the interview was very relaxed.
