I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Coltin Electric (Winchester, VA) in Sep 2012
Interview
i met with the boss at 9pm on a sunday and started work that night. The interview was real laid back and wasnt hard at all. Basically, I just told him about my experience and that i could work whenever. After that, we discussed wages. He didnt want to pay me what i was asking for and definately didnt offer enough but I accepted the job anyway because I needed work and the job would work with my school schedule.

Question 1
There werent really any difficult or unexpected questions at all. The interview was pretty straight forward and barebones without any questions about morals, or interests, or anything like that. He just wanted to know things that applied to the job such as my experience, whether or not I have tools, and things like that.
