This was the first interview in what I was told was a series of four recruiting tools (other interviews and tests) Overall not a positive experience. Questions relevant to the position were mixed with strange questions that were formulated and delivered with what seemed to me an intention to show my inadequacy. Example: You wrote in your Cv that you are a creative person. But we don't need creative people, a painter is creative, but he can't help us here. Everyone can be creative on their social media. We're looking for innovative people, not creative people." I was expected to respond to that.
The interview gave me a general feeling that I had to defend myself, which left me with a heavy sense of being less-than, in more aspects that I thought were possible in a potential workplace.
One of the two interviewees moved to look at their computer for minutes in the middle of the interview, without explaining it.
At the end of the interview, I was told to think about whether or not I want to move on in the recruitment process, to which I replied Yes. Only to be told, after I said yes, that it's a No from them. I found that to be a demeaning tactic.
