Colorescience interview questions

Multiple rounds with many different people for a lower level role. Interviews felt aimless without goal, especially the last one where the interviewer rambled for the better part of an hour on their own career and journey without any ties to the role I was interviewing for. No one "took lead" in any of the rounds. Does not reflect well on the health of the team and company.
