Walk in and Fill out an application. One sheet, front and back. Days later get a call and just start working same day. No training, no orientation, no explanation of the job or tasks, duties, nothing. When I handed the manager my application, he asked if i was Mexican, If i spoke spanish. Asked me if I wanted to work there. Asked me what position I was applying for and I replied "packer, same as my Mother.". He said he'll see what they can do and that's all. Not even a sit down in a private office. The whole thing takes about 2 minutes and off you go and await the phone call.
