Applied online, got called 2 weeks later. Interview was one on one with a Recruitment staff. Only talked about my previous jobs and the interviewer really want to know about my previous salary, commission & income. A bit about what i know about Colliers. Full english interview. I came unprepared because she invited me an afternoon before the interview. A week later she sent me an email that i didn't pass the interview but she encouraged to apply for a job at Colliers later. Really professional.
