Great, simple process. First phone interview with main HR from HQ. Super base line behaviroals of why you would be a good fit and interest. Second round with two people over zoom at the same time, but very light. Behavioral with questions on skills and experiences in school. I was freshmen at the time, did not get the offer, but I think if you had more interview experiance this would be a easy interview process to get through. I ended up getting a different summer internship postion through the company jsut not the main brokerage research postion as I had applied. Great comapny to work for, lots of fun outings and good people!
