Interview
First interview: General questions, two interviewers, one HR manager and my potential boss. Puts you under pressure.
Second interview: Case study presentation. You have one hour to present a solution to a problem by making a presentation. On the presentation it was again the HR manager my potential boss and the head of Sales. You need to be able to present efficiently your thoughts.
Third Interview: Most stressful experience, In a round table, five interviewers. Head of Sales, Head of HR, my potential boss, HR manager, HR specialist. One hour interview, questions from everyone about my educational background and my personal life.

L’intervista non è stata un’esperienza positiva, Risorse umane troppo rigide e poco propense all'ascolto limitandosi a seguire un copione standard senza dare spazio a una discussione più approfondita. Inoltre, Inoltre l'approccio del manager mi è sembrato un po' troppo "vecchio stampo" con domande poco adeguate all’evoluzione delle tecniche di vendita moderne.

The interviewers were both late. One kept muting because he was on a phone call. They didn't ask any productive questions about the job, they just went through my resume asking why I left each job. At the end, they told me my career progression was going well at a previous employer who fired me while I was on medical leave, while recovering from potentially life-saving surgery and I should beg for my job back there.

This was a contract position. Received a call from the regional manager soliciting my interest in the position. Then scheduled a meeting with regional manager and senior sales representative. For final interview.
