I applied online on the company website. First I had the recorded video interview round. It was of average difficulty but manageable. After that, I got a mail within a week with the link for the second round interview which was an aptitude test. It was not tough but need to be very fast to complete all the questions. I got the final interview call after two-three days of the online test in the Colgate office. I had three rounds. First was a direct interview where they asked about me and also asked several behavioural questions. I felt easy. After that round, I had a case study to analyse and I had to present it in front of the senior management and HR team(Altogether 4 ppl). We have to present for 10 minutes. It was an ok experience.
