Agree with the other review about his interview process. I didn't get to an actual interview. Got contacted by the office manager asking me if I could do an Art test and would first have to sign an NDA as they were sending me some concept drawings. Email communication was fine with office manager, she seemed friendly.
Test was similar to other review a sort of sci-fi or weapons crate. I put around 7-8 days of work into the art test so as to do the best possible job. I felt I had done a very good job modeling a refined design to the concept that was provided and the texturing was pretty good so I was confident in my result.
After sending it to the emails they provided they then inform me there gona forward my application to someone who works for an external recruitment agency and hes gona handle my application from here. After I was contacted by multiple people from this agency all asking me if I had sent over my art test to the recruiter so they seemed pretty eager. Just like the other applicant, after sending my test, 3 days later they send me a short email saying they have decided to consider other applicants. I had informed them I wasn't going to submit the 3D asset files only video and screen shots as I don't like giving out 3D files I have worked on. Not sure what exactly they can do with my test but I still felt annoyed about putting in so much effort only to have a quick negative result of it not going anywhere. I can only speculate about whats going on but it I don't feel like there is an available position on the other end of their job posts as they've had them online for months now.
