I was contacted by a recruiter who told me that there will be two rounds of interviews.
Then I had a fairly simple design interview about distributed Rate Limiter, where the interviewer was very inexperienced and had difficulty understanding English as well as either on purpose or just due to the language barrier gave me a wrong answer to a question about what he wants to see and then he has changed it in the middle of the design. He was extremely vague and wasn't able to clarify what he wanted, even when I was asking clarification questions. In general I did good, but not perfect.
I've asked this interviewer about his experience working in Cohesity and it didn't sound like he was thrilled about working there.
Later I have asked the recruiter if it will even be worth continuing the process, as clearly it wasn't perfect. Recruiter said that if my second interview will be perfect then they will want to have another round.
I've refused to continue.
The interview process that Cohesity has isn't suitable for senior software engineers, they can't possibly learn about the fit or how proficient you are with it.
