It took around 4 rounds of interviews.
Process was easy.
First round was general HR discussion where HR asked about the techStack and expected CTC and all.
Second round : One of the co-founder took that interview and discuss the technicalities.
Third round : Technical interview with the panel of two people. No DSA question asked.
Fourth round : HR discussion for salary discussion.
After all rounds I was offerred a salary way too much less than what was expected.
Though I clearly conducted to the HR and the co-founder as well about my expectations in the very first round.
After some discussion over a call, I asked for some negotiation, after that they stop receiving my calls and responding over emails. So unprofessional behaviour from COO & HR of this company.
I highly recommend not to go for this small mindset company. Very unprofessional and it will be a waste of time.
