Interview
First panel zoom interview went well was invited onsite and experienced a very uncomfortable interview. Was told this would be a technical interview but was just the founder talking for 25 minutes straight monologuing about how employees don’t work hard enough, employee with a Mohawk looked weird, turnover rate was horrendous(no surprise), you need to work 10 hour days and if you leave at 10 hours you are docked for it and the company notices. I could list for hours but just a very weird and uncomfortable process. I would stay away if possible
