I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cognito iq (Reading, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
Two interviews, a technical test and an online lab.
Recruiter contacted me stating the role was for an out-and-out linux SA, with some Security and networking skills.
What relaying feedback two days after process the recruiter was not happy as he said Cognito had decided at some point they wanted strong networking (network engineer) primarily which he had not recruited for.
Waste of time when the potential employer doesn't inform the recruiter what he is looking for or changes his mind during the process.
