Ghosted...Hard...after 3 interviews and no communication or feedback after multiple attempts on my part to check in. That alone significantly soured the experience, especially after attending an on-site interview where I interviewed with 6 different people...Yes, SIX different people. I sent each one a note the following day to express appreciation for their time and to summarize what I gathered for each conversation. Then I checked in for updates and/or feedback with 2 emails spread a week a part and still never heard anything back.

Interview happened over a phone call for a brief 20 minutes and I never heard back from the recruiter even after multiple follow ups. The recruiter never bothered to provide any update
