hiring process was very lengthy, starts with a telephonic round, then 3 face to face interviews. HR interview is the first, so be sure no-one else will ask any hr questions. Second is called technical interview, but the interview is conducted by a bunch of technically incompetent people, they asked very simple C++ questions ( very theoretical questions ), a couple of difficult questions, they could not understand the answers. Third round was with the manager and another member of his team, this was quite simple again.
