The interview process typically includes three stages: two technical interviews and one managerial interview. However, only two interviews were conducted in my case, despite being informed that I had been selected.

Technical Interview panel was good, Aced it. Cleared Online assessment too. But HR at NIIT is lame, naive and UNPROFESSIONAL. HR at NIIT must improve quality of negotiations and skills and the way they deal with new candidates. Try to Learn from HR's at some better reputed Orgs. Remember HR is bridge between a new hire and an organisation. Be polite, gentle and sound ! As what you hire today decides future of an organisation. Due to some bucks, Don't compromise on technical standpoint because if you do then the word "Technologies" will soon be disappeared from its name "NIIT Technologies".
