I applied online after deciding that the position might be a good fit, and got an email response within a few days. I then went through a series of phone/VOIP interviews (HR screen, hiring manager, technical interview), before eventually being asked on-site for a full interview. The interview lasted 6 hours, and was an excellent opportunity to learn about the company and the position from people in a broad variety of positions in the company. Coffee Meets Bagel was also very good about meeting my needs during the interview process. I am located remotely, so was flown in for the on-site interview (not unusual, but still good!). Also, I was very impressed by the speed of the process, which wrapped up in under a month. They were also able to accelerate their process near the end for me, since I needed to make a decision on a different offer. They were able to get me an offer the day of my on-site interview, which was very helpful.
