Interview
4 stages and they were fast: 2 weeks from start to finish. First interview (35 minutes) with a great recruiter, technical interview (45 minutes) with a software engineer. Practical interview was a pair programming session (1H30), got useful feedback and felt respected. Fourth and final interview (1H)

Question 1
Are you aware of Software Craftsmanship? And Extreme Programming. Also discussed SOLID principles, Agile mindset and refactoring.
The interview process starts with an initial conversation with an HR representative, followed by a technical interview with the manager, then a live coding session and a final system design challenge.
Overall the process was nice, I did it in 4 steps as follows: Phone call with the recruiter. Remote technical test. Phone call with the manager. Then they called me back with the offer.
