Overall process took about two months. It was the most interviews I’ve ever had to complete for a single position. Consisted of initial screening call with HR, interview with the manager, a paid project, follow up meeting to walk through the paid project, interview with the manager’s manager, interview with the team, and then a final conversation with the manager before receiving an offer. 7 steps total if I remember correctly.
