Coast Plaza Hospital interview questions

Asked personality questions and what would you do type of questions. How do you handle conflict. People were very pleasant. Interview was with a couple of managers. Job offered after interview.

Came in for my interview at 11, was finally brought in to interview at about 12. There were many applicants that day (5 total). The interviewers were professional and very kind. They definitely made talking about experiences and prospective employment feel smooth and relaxed.
