Interview
I was called in for an interview at their flagship store for the sale associate job while I clearly applied for the ASM position. The interviewer wasn’t even a store manager, after a lot of cliche standard questions I was sent to another nearby store to be interviewed again for the ASM position. When I went into their second location, you guess it, the job was once again not for ASM! At least my interviewer was a manager, another hour of questions type that dated back in 1990s, she promised to call me back. Many weeks went by, I never got any email or phone call. The amount of unprofessionalism is astounding. They forgot before I was a candidate, I was also a customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere then, Coach.

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard for a management position. Started the first interview with the store manager then a time was setup with the district manager which was almost the same interview. Focus on sales driving, kpi understanding and of course top notch customer service.

Interview
First interview was a long phone call about your history and the position. They really get to know you on a personal level. They are very focused on knowing business goals.
They hate self expression (I had a nose ring and pink nails.) Immediately told “well that’s gotta go”. A day later got a marketing email from Coach about being free to be you. I got an offer for the position but declined.
