You speak with a recruiter who screens you and then you complete an assessment. Out of 38 questions I missed 2-score 94. Then immediately I was set up with an interview with the HB manager. It went really well and she understood my auditing background was compliance which also falls in line with RCM experience. She told me the audits they perform are not for compliance and if I would have a problem not being able to start from the beginning of the visit but to work the rules that pop up for each account. I agreed it sounded easier and less time consuming and answered another number of questions. She mentioned she would get with the director (which would be the next interview) and get back with me. I was hoping for that second interview but it never came. I sent a nice follow up email to the manager I interviewed with and the recruiter who screened me said they were moving forward with other candidates. I'm surprised as I have been in this business as a contractor for many years and actually was looking forward to a perm role and to learn ReVint's auditing methodology for their clients. This is the second time I have interview for an auditing position. They know what I currently do in my auditing role, why even have me test and interview if I am not a match?
